Your Make and Model Number

Please make a note of your make of oven (the manufacturer's name) and model number before you call. I need to know which type of appliance you have that needs repairing, as well as the nature of the oven fault.

The make and model number is always the most important piece of information when booking your repair / service call. If you are not sure what the model number is, you should be able to find a “Rating Plate”, typically located down one of the sides of the oven cavity, found by opening the main oven door.

In the interest of time and efficiency, please note as much information from the rating plate as you can before giving me a call.
