Having used Ovencare 3 years ago and received 11/10 attention at that time, Mick was the first port of call when I had problems with my oven again. It turned out that my oven could not be repaired and when choosing a replacement, Mick was on hand with help and advice to ensure that dimensions etc were correct. He even suggested a cheaper model than the one I originally chose! :-) What could have been a lengthy saga, was the complete opposite and I was back up and running with my new oven in just 4 days thanks to Mick. Everything was dealt with efficiently, smoothly and, most importantly, quickly and my 11/10 rating remains.
