My oven's element was damaged through wear and tear. It was an old cooker. The engineer was very helpful, very clear in explaining the options that I had and what may be the best options long term. My electric fan oven stopped working [no heat] and I called Oven Care after finding them via their web site. Within an hour I had a call from Mick and we arranged a time to suit us both. Mick arrived Tuesday morning and within half an hour I had a new, genuine element fitted to my Hotpoint oven at a very reasonable price. Having trouble with my oven, which was tripping the RCD switch when I turned it on. I called Ovencare and the following day Mick arrived and diagnosed the problem as a faulty element, which he replaced in a jiffy. Very reasonable price and, touch wood, no further trouble.
